Responsible Party agrees to accept the financial terms and return policy.

Financial Terms:
Payment is due 30 days from receipt of invoice. Invoice will include merchandise charges plus shipping & handling charges up to twenty precent (20%). Late charges of 10% will be assessed on accounts 60 days past due. Nonpayment of accounts may result in legal and/or collection fees. Responsible party agrees to pay all such fees.

Reorder Policy:
No reorders before payment received on initial order.
No returns or credits on reorders placed after December 1, 2008

Calendar Return Policy:
Returns of calendars accepted on the following basis:
No refund of shipping costs. Damaged returns not accepted.
No return fee for calendars received in original condition and postmarked by December 15, 2008.
Return fee of $2.00 per calendar for returns in original condition and postmarked Dec. 16, 2008 - Jan. 5 2009
No refunds or credit given for returns postmarked after January 5, 2009.

All returns must be pre-arranged by contacting Falling Leaf Publishing. Postage paid by selling group.
