Q.
How many calendars should we order?
A. We recommend 5 per person, it’s
better to reorder than to make a return.
Also you should check with others in your group to see if they have unsold
calendars before, ordering more.
Q.
Can we reorder?
A. Yes, once the invoice is paid on
the original order we will ship out
a reorder.
Q. Can we return reorders?
A. Reorders that are made before Dec
1, 2008 are returnable. Reorders made
after Dec 1, 2008 are NON-RETURNABLE.

How do we return calendars?
A. First contact Falling Leaf Publishing.
Send calendars in original condition
- please no opened or damaged calendars.
Pack in original box if undamaged with
packing material to fill space, secure
well with tape. We prefer UPS for shipment.
NOTE: NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR
AUTHORIZATION.

Does our group have to pay the shipment
cost to return calendars?
A. Yes, all return shipping costs are
paid for by your group. We recommend
if you only have a limited number left
that it is more cost effective for
your group to reduce your selling price
and just sell them. That way you don’t
loose the shipping cost from your profit.
Q.
I am an individual wanting to do
a fundraiser, do I have to belong
to a group?
A. No, we work with individual families
but there is a maximum order of 50
calendars. Once those 50 are sold you
can reorder, but the invoice for the
first 50 calendars must be paid before
we will ship the reorder.
Q.
How much do we sell the calendars
for?
A. We recommend selling them for $10.00
each. They retail in the stores for
$11.95, but your group can choose any
price you want. When you are coming
to the end of your fundraiser we do
recommend reducing the price to sell
the last of your order. This avoids
shipping cost to return only a few.
Q. Can we pay when our fundraiser is
over or just pay for the calendars
sold?
A. Full payment is due 30 days from
receipt of invoice. We are prompt to
issue you a refund for unsold returned
calendars once we receive them and
do a count.

Can we get a refund if we don’t
sell all of the calendars?
A. Yes, we have a time frame when we
will refund in full for calendars returned.
They must be returned in their original
condition please no opened or damaged
calendars. This information is on our
web site order form. We also include
a packing list in your order that contains
our return policy and due dates for
returns. Please note: NO RETURNS
ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
